Basic Training

Basic Training can be trained by any NCO's, this thread will give those trainers the outline of what needs to be covered in Basic Training.

Stand Fast

- When this order is called, you must stand wand salute [wave].
- Remain in this position until the 'at ease' order is given.

Front and Center

Step 1: The room will be called to SF.

Step 2: The order will be given by: " [name], F&C! " or "[name], Front and Center!

Step 3: The reciever of the F&C will stand infront of them, wave once and say: "Yes sir!" or "Yes ma'am!"

Step 4: The giver of the information will wave once.

Step 5: The information will be given.

Step 6: The giver of the information, when finished, will say: "Dismissed!"

Step 7: The reciever will wave once.

Step 8: The giver will move back one.

Step 9: The reciever says "Yes sir!" or "Yes ma'am!".

Step 10: The ic will call: "AE" or "At Ease"

Guard Gate

Ok, the current room layout is different o most. How you GG depends on if you are at gate 1 or gate 2.
Gate 1: Stand in the gate.
Gate 2: Stand infront of your seat.
When Guarding the gate, check for uniform and motto. You should have no need to check the VIP list as their is an alternate entrance for VIP's.

Other Orders

RTB - Return To Base
GG - Guard Gate

Notes and Advice

- Do not BRB or afk when GGing
- It's best to use correct grammar as it looks smarter, it could be a huge help in getting you noticed.
- You generally have to SF when officers and cabinet enter the room, so if you see one, get your mouse ready.
- Read all of the sitkies int he HQ
- Sign up to the forum at:
www.TRMforum.tk

- Then give them the choice whether or not, to join the Espionage Unit, work in the Airforce, Apply for SF, or join the Training Core.
